DOLOMITI SHOW PRIVACY POLICY FOR VISITORS

Pursuant to the provisions in Regulation EU no. 679/2016 (GDPR General Data Protection Regulation).

DATA CONTROLLER
The Data Controller is : I Buoni Motivi snc, registered headquarters in Viale Cadore 44/F, 32014 Ponte nelle Alpi (BL), in the person of legal representative.

2 PERSONAL DATA TYPE
Registration in the relevant online forms requires the entry of personal data (art. 4 lett. A)  Reg. 2016/679 such as general details, email address or phone number. During the DOLOMITI SHOW or promotional events organised, visitors and users may be photographed of filmed, and I Buoni Motivi may use this material for promotional purposes concerning the brand and the event itself.

3 PROCESSING METHODS
Personal data is processed by I Buon Motivi and other parties, mainly using electronic and computerised methods; the data processors will be carefully selected according to reliability and experience and will carry out operations to achieve purposes that are closely tied to the use of the website or organisation of the event. Personal data will not be transferred abroad to countries not belonging to the European Union or which cannot guarantee suitable levels of personal data protection.

4 PURPOSE OF TREATMENT
Data provided by the user are processed for the purpose of providing the following services:

  1. Registration of the visitor to issue access documents for the DOLOMITI SHOW
  2. Management of requests for information or contacts
  3. Visitors attending the event or promotional events organised may appear in videos or photographs that will be used for brand and DOLOMITI SHOW marketing purposes. Additionally, subsequent to the user’s consent, data may be processed for: 1) direct marketing (sending of advertising materials, free gifts, information about promotional offers, events and prize competitions), including by e-mail, SMS, MMS or telephone; 2) market research and analysis of purchasing and consumer habits, for the purpose of increasingly meeting the tastes of the user and to improve DOLOMITI SHOW.

5 OPTIONAL AND OBLIGATORY DATA PROVISION
The provision of personal data to I Buoni Motivi is a choice that can be freely exercised by the user wishing to attend the DOLOMITI SHOW as a visitor. For visitors, the obligatory or optional nature of data provision is specified, case by case – with reference to the single item of information required – at the time of data collection, placing an specific symbol (*) alongside obligatory information. Any refusal to provide the DOLOMITI SHOW with any of the data marked as obligatory, will make it impossible to create a document for attendance at the DOLOMITI SHOW as a visitor. Provision of further data, not marked as essential, is optional and will not have any consequence with regard to achievement of the main aims of the collection of same..

6 LEGAL BASIS
The processing of data processing for the main purposes is the contract between the event Organisers (I Buoni Motivi) and the visitor intending to attend the event (ref. Art. 6 lett. b Reg. 2016/679). Data processing for marketing purposes and for profiling, is permitted subsequent to the visitor’s consent.

7 SUBJECTS AND CATEGORIES OF SUBJECTS TO WHICH DATA CAN BE COMMUNICATED
I Buoni Motivi may also use external companies for the performance of the services requested; these carry out activities closely connected to and required for the purposes of executing the contracts agreed and services provided, such as: Longarone Fiere S.p.A., press agencies, banking institutes for the management of receipts and payments; financial administrations and other entities meeting regulatory requirements; self-employed professionals for administration-accounting purposes, etc. Data can also be communicated to all subjects to which communication is necessary as a result of legal obligations or contracts signed between parties. The list of subjects processing personal data will be made available by sending a request to I Buoni Motivi. No datum from the web service will be disclosed.

8 DURATION OF PROCESSING
Visitor data will be stored for the time required by the applicable law, including regarding accounting. Data provided for marketing purposes will be stored until cancellation or withdrawal of consent by the user; all commercial communication will contain a section to allow the user to revoke consent easily.

9 DATA SUBJECT’S RIGHTS
Subjects to whom personal data refer have the right, with regard to the Data Controller and as provided for in articles 12 and subsequent, of Regulation 2016/679, including the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning them, to know the content and origin of said data, and the purposes and methods of processing. They also have the right to check correctness and  to request updates and corrections, i.e., where considered appropriate, the integration, anonymisation or block of any data processed unlawfully, including data for which processing is not required for the purposes for which said data were collected and subsequently processed; data subjects may also oppose, on lawful grounds, the processing of personal data concerning them and pertinent to the purposes of collection, as well as to the processing of personal data for the purposes of sending advertising or direct sales materials or for market research or to send commercial and promotional information. The data subject also has the right to the portability of their data as well as to revoke consent to processing at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of processing, based on consent given before withdrawal. The data subject also has the right to submit complaint to the Privacy Authority (Garante Privacy in Italy). 10 APPLICABLE LAW
This Privacy Policy is regulated by Italian Law and by the REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND COUNCIL of 27 April 2016, concerning the protection of natural persons concerning the personal data as well as the free circulation of said data and which repeals Directive 95/46/EC (general regulation on data protection, also referred to as GDPR).
